Caged Bird

I feel lonely in this cage

I have become old before age

I am alone and depressed

I always feel lonely and stressed

I want my freedom back

Why does this attribute humans lack

I want to fly high in the sky

Please let me give it a try

I have feelings for my family

We also want to live happily

I do not want a golden crown

I want my nest on the branch which is brown

I am not at all comfortable here

Let me fly back to woods there

My family must be missing me

I am alive let them also see
