Should I call you a memory,

For giving best of time.

Or should I call you an experience,

For teaching the hardships of life.

Should I thank you

For sparing me.

Or should I feel sad

For your loss.

Living in your marshy land,

Where, with every effort

I suffocate myself.

I've moved to a barren land

Where, with every effort

I cultivate my own happiness.

With clock ticking every second,

You're fading faster than speed of light.

From being oxygen to my every breath;

You're not even a thought

For the day passed.
