You came into my life,

When it was all going wrong.

When I merely could even speak,

You helped me sing our song.

You introduced me to love,

When I was even unaware of what it did mean.

You showed me almost every shade of life,

Right, when I was merely a teen.

We met when I was all hollow beneath,

You said we would make a whole.

But, now I can't look at myself on the inside,

You have made me question my soul.

I did feel my days in the dark are over,

When you claimed to love me with all your might.

But now I am darker than I ever was within,

While from the out I am all blooming and bright.

You took me right to the clouds,

Showed me the castle of dreams, that you built.

You did fill my life with love,

But it is love-drenched with guilt.

Being loved feels divine, I have heard

Love is supposed to heal your roots too.

Love is claimed to mend your soul, 

But my dear, your love is all blue.
