But I still love

To keep the kid inside me alive...

Laughing

Singing

Dancing

Eating

Playing

And

Jumping...

Anything

Everything that I want to do...

To enjoy the moment...

I still love doing it all.

Lying down on my mother's lap...

Like I am still her little doll...

Seeking Dad's advice,

And when in trouble,

I still, give him the first call.

I want these qualities of

The 'small' me,

To stay with me forever....

I don't want,

Time to take it all away from me ever.

That innocence, which I feel inside me...

That positivity, which remains unaffected, by the negative vibes, of the people around me...

That 'no worries' attitude, which is so difficult to maintain amid all the tensions that people face today...

That honesty, which we tend to lose in this clever world today...

That Simplicity, which in this 'show-off' world fails to stay.

I want it all to survive inside me always...

Come what may...

Though the times will keep changing...

Though my age,

My situations

My relations 

Will keep changing from time to time...
