A Trip To Remember

One bag on back,

One suitcase in hand

All set to explore the world,

We took out our i10 Grand.

Looking for a road less traveled,

We ended up in a village

And being out of the fuel

We started fuming in rage!

Nobody could be seen for help

Not a single fuel station around

What to do what not to do,

We started thinking on various grounds.

Whether we should leave the car

And seek some local transport back home

Or should we look for some help,

And drive back to our home.

An old man appeared from nowhere

Looking amused at our situation

The guy looked quite familiar,

A ray of hope in this tragic situation.

He saw us troubled and offered to help

We wondered how he's gonna do that.

With nothing in his hand and being on foot

We doubted he could do anything about that.

But then he held his hand higher

And rotated his magic wand

Lights gleamed from far across

We reached back at our home bus stand.

How amusing it was to know

That it was all we dreamed about

Having an i10 Grand and a trip like this

Just like a ride on a roundabout!
