The initial expression of beauty

I saw in you, mother

All qualities of life that you have taught me

By giving this opportunity to be alive

To feel and to live, and to live better... 

How tenderly you held me

What all days and nights you have taken care of me,

That I could never return 

With all your love you have made me,

Who I am today...

It is important to tell you, mother, 

How much you mean to me, 

Otherwise, all days would just pass by, 

And today, I wanna tell you

How much I'm grateful to have you in my life

The first reflection of God I'd seen in you

Those things that you have done for me

That I don't even know about

You made me who I am today, Mom

Even in your scoldings, there is so much love

Though I can never return all the care of a mother

What she does for her child is a boundless universe 

But can only pass it on as you have taught me... 

And I love you till eternity for that...
