A Drop of Tear

A Drop of Tear

1 min
275

My mind was filled with agony and pain.

A tear trickled down like a drop of rain.

A single teardrop like a misty bead flows down.

All my worries flowed down until they dropped down.

He rolled down my flushed cheeks,

And carried along with him,

My guilt, worries, and sorrows, and my cry of pain.

It was him - the tear that made me weak.

Little sympathy he did seek.

He did not want to fake,

The ocean of mist and sorrow worries me.

All he wanted was to be relieved of sorrow

And to be used for someone's pain unborrowed.

He carried sorrow and fear.

Oh, such a humble tear.

Like a fair and smooth pearl

Off my cheek, he did curl.
