A BUD I SAW.
A BUD I SAW.
On my way making in the world a tour,
I heard steps back, turned; a lady I saw.
Dressed nicely; red and white she wore
Ah! beautiful; that I must attest for sure.
Getting gays off a snow-white skin is war,
So I couldn't control but watch the more.
Her steady steps, shaking body lost in bore
As I pictured her full being in my mental store.
With open eyes, I dreamt of her; a groggy snore.
With a broken foot, I kicked to get a better score,
So to love, kiss, and hug this bud I melt in adore.
With open eyes, I sleep, dream to love you more.
I kneel and plea that you open to me your door
With a big bright blinking red carpet on the floor.
Your heart I promise never to tangle, tear, or tore
Since without you, the perfect me, is broken poor.
