It has been a truly different year; that could well be split up into two halves. The phase leading upto June-July and then onwards. Lot of good content has come up on OTT platforms and the biggest crowd-puller from Bollywood once theaters opened up was Rohit Shetty's 'Sooryavanshi' that featured his Cop Universe as we got to see 'Simmba' & 'Singam' make their presence felt !
As far as Bollywood Music goes, there has been a pleasant, gradual trend seen in the re-emergence of OST's. The last 3-4 months of the year have given us some beautiful albums that have a beautiful mix of melodies & fast paced songs!
There have been some interesting trends seen in Bollywood Music in the past one year with prominent artists like Arijit Singh, Amit Trivedi, Sonu Nigam & Udit Narayan starting their own music labels, thus heralding a culture of independent music that could gain lot prominence in the coming year!
