In this episode we discussed about Jharkhand government's decision on Odia language with Shri Biswaranjan Acharya, VicePresident, Utkal Sammiliani, Bhubaneswar. The Jharkhand government has now decided to remove Odia language from school colleges. This is very sad news for every Odia. Children living in Odia speaking areas of Jharkhand will no longer be able to read Odia language. If this decision comes into force, after a few years, there will be no Odia language will in Jharkhand.
