In this episode we discussed about future of aspirant teachers with Shri Manoj Kumar Kar, Spokesperson, OJTAA. More than 60,000 aspirants are waiting to work as teachers in the schools, but the state government is not taking any steps for their employment. If the government does not issue notification for recruitment of junior teachers, it will seriously impact their future.
