Winner(s) and Prize(s):

1. The winners shall be selected from among the entries submitted by eligible Participants and accepted for publishing by StoryMirror.
2. The winners shall be selected on the basis of combination of score given by StoryMirror editorial panel, independent Jury as well as voting process. “Votes” is same as “Likes” on respective story / poem page.
3. The winners shall be announced within 60 days post the voting period is over. The announcement shall be made on the StoryMirror website.
4. Each winner shall be eligible for only one prize per category but may win from both the contest categories. For example, national level winner will not get state level winner prize.
5. Each participant with successful submission will be given digital Certificate of Participation.
6. Winners at NATIONAL LEVEL will get prizes as under:

   Note: State Level winners will be declared where number of participants under each participation category and content category is more than 1000 from a State (500 in case of Teachers). For example, State Level winner will be declared for Class 4 to 7 under Story category for a particular State only when there are at least 1000 participants from that particular State in Class 4 to 7 under Story category

8. Winners at SCHOOL LEVEL will be given Certificate of Excellence.
   
   

   Note: School Level winners will be declared where number of participants under each participation category and content category is more than 100 from a School. For example, School Level winner will be declared for Class 4 to 7 under Story category for a particular School only when there are at least 100 participants from that particular School in Class 4 to 7 under Story category

9. Selected stories and poems under each category will get published as book / e-book.
10. Top 200 entries from Mumbai and Delhi put together will get fully paid tickets worth Rs.1,000/- each from Kidzania.
11. First 10,000 participants from Mumbai and Delhi put together will get voucher of Rs.250 from Kidzania
12. Six inspirational stories / poems will be awarded as “India bole YES Award for Inspirational Stories / Poems”. Out of 6, 3 will be for YES BANK customers and 3 for non YES BANK customers.
13. Following special prizes will be given to participants under each participation category

    • Most individual submissions – Story

14. Following special prizes will be given to Schools participating in the competition
    • School with maximum participants in Story category
    • School with maximum participants in Poem category
    • School with maximum participants in Overall (Story + Poem) category
    • School with maximum number of submissions – Story
    • School with maximum number of submissions – Poem
    • School with maximum number of submissions – Overall

    Note: Participants = Students + Teachers.   Submissions = From students + teachers

15. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority / body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the participant(s) due to provision of the contest, shall be borne solely by the participant(s). Tax deducted at source, if applicable, on the monetary value of the contest shall be payable by the participant(s).
16. The prize(s) is non-transferable, non-binding, non-redeemable and non-encashable. The prize(s) cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
17. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, StoryMirror, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute, without any notice, the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize of an equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law
18. All images / visuals of the prize in the communications are indicative only.
19. StoryMirror reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation / notice whatsoever. Any changes made to the rules shall be posted and notified in the Rules section of this Website.
20. StoryMirror or its affiliates will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss / damage / claim / injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the Terms and Conditions of the contest or prize(s).
