Court Dismissed

The whole country was lighted with joy as the new prime minister was elected with the majority of votes. He was Rajesh Sharma. He was called up on the stage for his speech. He started," Thank you all for putting trust on me and electing me to be the prime minister of the country. I will be helpful to all citizens and I will make the country a better place to live, thank you." All the people clapped and later the function got over and people went home.

The next day, all the newspaper's front page title was, "NEW P.M. ELECTED, INDIA IS VERY HAPPY!!" , said the person sitting on the pan parlour. While one of the person walking away from him heard that and said that Rajesh Sharma is a fool. He added, " I am going to the court to sue that bloody man." The man asked," Why are you going to sue Rajesh? " The second person said that it happened last night when the PM was celebrating his election victory.

"That night the P.M. and his partner were celebrating in hotel Kesar and I was Rajesh's bodyguard. Rajesh drank a whole glass of beer and felt very light. He then came to me walking really dizzly and told me that I was no good at body guarding him and plus started beating me. After the people stopped Rajesh, he went home in shame ,but he didn't have a driver so he started driving and dashed in many lamp post and crashed in one SUV. The SUV was empty so no one got a serious injury.While he crashed I was behind him the whole time ,probably in the thought that I could take a revenge. "

The man sitting on the pan parlour said that you should really sue him for drink and drive, abusive language and destroying others property. In fact, I can also help you as I am a lawyer. I will also help you file the F.I.R. The bodyguard said,"I don't have enough money to repay you. " The lawyer said, " It's ok ,but you can repay me by working to me as a bodyguard and driver also for 6 months." Is that ok. He said,"Yes I will work for you."

They both went to the court and filed everything. They both asked each other their name. The lawyer's name was Hari Kumar and the bodyguard's name was Manilal Parmar. Hari asked to Manilal that do you have any evidence of that accident. Manilal said that on that road there were camera's which may show us the car number and the P.M 's face. Hari said it's a good idea.

They went to that road and found that the camera belonged to a bank. They entered the bank and showed their identity to the bank manager. The manager was a greedy fellow and asked for some 1000 rupees. Hari paid the amount and said to Manilal that now you need to work for me for 7 months. They then saw the camera footage but couldn't make out which car it was or who was sitting in it,nor they could see Manilal anywhere behind that car. Manilal said to Hari that he was really

there but was not in the sight of the camera and Hari was satisfied. But one thing caught Hari's eye,it was the car number but it was not nicely visible. Hari copied the number and went to the R.T.O. for checking the number and found that this car belonged to the P.M.

Next day , the court stared and judge came and everyone stood up and bowed. The court begin with Hari and he said, " My lord, I am representing my client Mr. Manilal, who has filed a case against Rajesh Sharma for drink and drive, abusive language and destroying others property." The other lawyer said that my lord my client did not do any of this crime and it was just a misunderstanding. Later and later when all the evidences were found the judge was not sure about the decision and dissmissed the court and said that the next date is next month from now.

The media was on fire as this case was getting very hot each month. The case got dissmised every month and people went home disappointed. After one year the judge finally decided the decision and announced that the court is in favour of Mr. Manilal who will get cheque of 1 lakhs for all the beating and abuive language. The judge also said that Mr. Rajesh will be sent in jail for 10 years. The court is dissmised. Hari and Manilal were really happy and went to celebrate and he also repayed Hari with his payment too !!

The next day's newspaper headline was ," P.M. SENT IN JAIL FOR 10 YEARS, WHEREAS POOR FELLOW GETTING 1 LAKHS. Manilal danced in joy and for the rest of his life Manilal and Hari were best of friends.
