Path Of Purity

 I like small babies...

Because they are innocent,

spreading joy in the air with their sweet smiles.

 

Like just blooming jasmines,

Whitest white, flawless,

filling the world with their own fragrances.

 

I want to become like them…

Innocent, pure, clean

And miles away from the

cruelty, crookedness and all the “bad” things in life.

 

Just like a clean mirror

reflects everything

but clean and clear always.

And like a huge sky,

Holds everything and itself nothing.

 

Pure in thought, innocent by mind,

That’s the life I like to live,

But life like this comes on the ashes…

 

Ashes remained after burning

The fuel like impure thought, bad habits,

Limitless desires, and by burning

Whatever the “bad” that comes in the way.

 

But against all this,

I like to walk on this “ashes”

And want to fill the life’s path

With beautiful blooms like purity, love,

Sympathy and peace,

Which leads to GOD’s own home.

 

‘One’ flower can’t make fine earth fragrant,

I wish all the ‘living ones’ should follow

The path of purity and make the universe

A beautiful garden full of fragrance.
