Today, let's stop smiling and forget all the happiness. 

Let's cry for the last time tonight, feel as bad and sad about ourselves as possible, let's hate ourselves to the moon and back. 

Let's count all the worries of life, judge ourselves from head to toe, feel guilty about everything that we've done, cry for not having a good fate and for not getting what we wanted in life. 

Today, let's scream and drown in tears, let's break things and punch walls. Let's bleed to numbness. 

But just today, one last time. Let's wake up smiling after the trauma. Let's take one last selfie with messy hair, sore lips and baggy dark eyes. Let's see our scars for the last time and kiss them. Let's make ourselves feel beautiful, let go of what's holding us down and move up, get strong. 

Today, one last time, let's cry ourselves to sleep. But the next day, let all the pain and sorrow drain away, aim a better future, forget the past and live the present. Just one last time, let's drown and rise to eternity.
