Mirror - The True Friend

You see me daily,

Still you are confused really,

About who is your best friend,

It is I, the mirror who tells you the life's trend.

 

I show you the reality,

Which can change your ability,

You are beautiful or ugly,

Still you don't see me humbly.

 

If you want to remove some stage fear,

You stand in front of me the mirror,

To become beautiful or smart,

You see me as a cart.

 

If you want to face the crowd,

I am there to help you out.

So why are you in thinking grand?

Of who is your best friend?

It is I, the mirror,

Your best friend forever.
