Bolt from the blue

It was a day of mixture of feelings. After noon I have come across some of the whatsapp messages highlighting the sudden and unexpected decision of the Telangana government to reopen the educational institutions from KG to PG. The credibility of the message is not confirmed, still something troubles me. I have just come to my native place Kerala intending to have a little refreshment as my spouse and I have recently recuperated from corona. If the decision of Telangana government is true, it will be certainly a bolt from the blue. Both of us will have to rush back to Telangana since we work as private teachers . I wonder how the government could take such decisions even in the midst of this surging cases of corona pandemic.
