Thoughts screaming at me

Echoing like one word in a big empty space

My conscience is mad at me

Or am I mad at myself feeling bitter

My thoughts are like critters, living creatures in my mind that I made up with the lies

I’m living in disguise of a happy woman internally deprived

Soothe my mind and tell me what you see through your eyes

Your view of me is only external and sometimes I’m very nonverbal but you

can read me like a book or the inside of my journal and find out the piece of me

that seems to be incomplete
