Rein Of Life

Rein Of Life

Won't you leave me alone,

I asked my sadness,

No, she replied?

I walked alone,

The rain left me,

Zephyr left me,

But she didn't.

Blackmailed and trapped

I was to give her

The rein of life.

Wearing false vermilion,

She gave me a smug smile

And

My helplessness compelled me

To snuggle down her.
