A good neighbor is a peaceful treasure, 

How much they care for us, can't measure.

 

A good neighbor is a blessing, 

And a bad one is just a warning. 

They increase the value of the property, 

But a bad one increases your poverty.

Neighbor door open at any time, 

They never say wrong on your backside.

They are always ready to help you.
