Appreciate for the work done,

He did it, which none can,

Motivation will cost you Nothing,

But it may mean him, Something.

Let him grow, let him be Positive,

Change your Perception, throw off your Negative,

He will lead you to your Success,

So, at least for the efforts, do Justice.

You have also, Step Up from the Ground,

You too have been made, Round and Round,

Then why do you, do the same,

Change your Mentality, or it will be a Shame.

For the Good done, is always Paid,

Be a Sun, who's Shine will never Shade,
