She gave me birth,

She showed me the world,

She taught me to walk,

And to speak to each and every word.

When I was in a desperate situation,

She comforted me.

When I was feeling gloomy,

She made me laugh with glee.

She loved and cared for me,

And never took anything in return.

Whenever I made a mistake,

From it she made me learn.
