Mommy decided to bake a cake

Searched for ingredients on the shelf

Couldn't find the packet of flour

Saw some white powder in the drawer

She whipped some eggs and mixed the sugar

Added the powder, melted the butter

Batter was ready in no time

Granny entered the scene of crime

Seeing the white powder, she asked

"Didn't you realize it's not flour?", she gasped

Like a lily, Mommy's face turned white

"What was that?" Her eyes open wide

Turns out it was wall putty powder

And the cake goes down the gutter
