From Abyss To Zenith

Life is like a mountain,

For the brave, it looks admirable,

For the timid, a bit insurmountable.

Tracing the rugged terrains,

And treading the undulations,

Toils the struggling mortal,

Giving meaning to his existence,

And the limited time,

He breathes life.

Faltering at moments,

After a befallen phase,

Reflecting upon the marks of the past,

Envisioning the path left ahead.

The pallored contour,

The weary self,

The pangs of failure,

And the stings of denial,

Fade away soon,

And now,

Sparkles and gleams,

From the deepest fathoms,

Of one's soul's core,

The fighter within.

To march undeterred,

With grit and fortitude,

Till the last breath,

Fulfilling life's journey,

From abyss to the zenith.
