Blue Pens

I miss my blue pen,

Maybe I’ll find a new one I like,

But if I can’t what do I do then?

Maybe it’s better to skip the replacement,

After all the store is far,

And I’ve got pencils down in the basement,

I’ll just write in the stone cold lead,

It’s better than the disappointment,

If the store is out of blue pens,

And only has red.
