Bholenath, my favourite God, the

Perfect husband who gave His soul

And heart along with half of His body

To His darling wife, Goddess Parvati

'Har Har Mahadev', 'Om Namah Shivaya'

The prayers and chants of devotees and

The serene atmosphere of the divine city

Banaras calling me like my own home.

Ganga Aarti with lighting lamps, sounds of Bells,

Chants and spiritual vibes in the air

The City of Light Kashi and Lord Mahadev

Are always there in my heart.

Humble obeisance at your lotus feet
