An Image of Diversity
An Image of Diversity
We have miles to go
Even after seventy three years
We still have to shade our tears
We aren't safe to travel ,full of dangers
No one to think of us, we're simple voters.
We know that we have to vote
What is are right we don't take note
With our vote many have worn black coat
Within the years of enjoyment they forget.
There are schemes but we are jobless
There are employment guarantee schemes
But we have no job but employment less
We have job cards but machine does jobs.
With the schemes for us there are flaws
We are treated unlawfully but have laws
We have no one to think for our cause
We have rights but get deprived of laws.
We have no one to stand and stare
Being poor and illiterate no one to care
In our name furious ghosts are there
Withdraw our money without care.
O god! Our father in heaven!
Extend your kind hands from heaven
Help the authorities to think again
Look after us on taking the pain.
