By participating in the StoryMirror Sahitya Awards, organized by StoryMirror ("Organizer"), you ("Participant") agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your participation in the awards function and should be read carefully before submission.

1. Eligibility and Categories of Participation

The StoryMirror Sahitya Awards offers two categories for participation:

• Physical Book Entry: Submit the cover page and synopsis of your book digitally during the entry process.
• Digital Content Entry: Upload your digital content (in specified formats) through our designated platform.

Participants may enter either one or both categories.

2. Languages of Submission

Physical Book Entry: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Odia, Marathi

Digital Content Entry: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Odia, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil

3. Participation Fees

A non-refundable participation fee is required for each entry. Fees must be paid at the time of submission.

4. Assessment and Nominee Selection

StoryMirror may engage third-party service providers to evaluate entries based on predetermined criteria.

5. Authenticity of Content

Participants affirm that their entry is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. StoryMirror reserves the right to disqualify any entry containing plagiarized, inappropriate, or fraudulent material.

6. Modification of Event Structure

StoryMirror reserves the right to modify, alter, or change the structure, rules, or timeline of the awards without prior notice.

7. Voting Process

Voting will require mobile number verification. StoryMirror may adjust the results based on internal expert evaluation to ensure fairness.

8. Disqualification and Fraudulent Activities

StoryMirror reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry if fraudulent activity is detected, including fake voting or manipulation of results.

9. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in Mumbai, India.

10. Limitation of Liability

StoryMirror shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participation.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

By submitting an entry, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data by StoryMirror for administering the awards.

12. General Terms

StoryMirror reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the awards at any time without prior notice.
