Season 1, Episode 2 – ZENPod we are featuring Shri Sumit Manav, a Yoga Guru, Healer, Transforming Lives with meditation and Yoga techniques. In addition to his Bachelors’ degree in Physical Education and yoga, Sumit is also a Post-graduate in Yoga Science and Human Consciousness from Haridwar, in India. He is a national Yoga champion and has practiced under BKS Iyengar for 2 years. A member of the Indian Association of “Yoga, Sumit is certified in Pranic Healing and has conducted accredited courses in Yin Yoga Teachers Training, in affiliation with the World yoga alliance. Sumit spent over a decade in Dubai, UAE and created his own brand and company called “Lifestyle Yoga”. Under his leadership and guidance, Lifestyle Yoga offers an impressive range of yoga services – Couple yoga sessions, pre-natal Yoga, group yoga sessions and personalized private yoga therapy sessions to assist those with back pain disorders, diabetes, hypertension, weight loss, etc. His brand Lifestyle yoga, also offers Corporate Wellness Yoga sessions. “ZENPod” is a Podcast series that features trailblazers from different walks of life, with a purpose to build an empowered eco-system where learnings and experiences from these enlightened professionals, will be available within “arms reach of desire” for those who aspire to scale higher and wish to contribute, in their life’s pursuit.
