In this episode Christine, a Filipino author reads out an excerpt from her book - I Escaped the Narcissist. This book contains recounts of the author’s actual experiences of being in a toxic relationship with a Covert Narcissist. Christine is a Narcissistic Abuse survivor whose main goal is to provide awareness and helpful information and share the lessons to those who are still trapped and continue to second guess themselves.
