Looking Back

Looking Ba

I want to thank you for tuning into my podcast.  I am excited to have you here. The power of resiliency is within you. You are on the journey of pursuing your dreams. “I was a 14-year-old minor when I went to "juvie" —then I was charged as an adult and found guilty of a felony." It is exhausting having to deal with a lifetime stigma of a felony conviction."

In this episode, we are bringing you an extraordinary story; it is the first episode about a 14-year-old boy accused of a felony and treated as an adult. It's called, Looking Back. In this podcast episode entitled, "Looking Back," Kingya share's a story about life incarcerated as a 14-year-old teenager, looking back at how he survived and made the most out of being incarcerated. Looking back is a podcast story on how Kingya promised never to go back and swore to help youth in need of mentoring once released from prison at age 24. Kingya never went back to prison or broke his promises. By looking back, he shares his side of life growing up behind bars through this intro podcast.
