In the world where we all strive for that perfect body and that perfect figure, we tend to forget how much it all ends up affecting our mental health. Especially the teenagers who are already going through all the phases of growing up look at a certain figure and hope to achieve it, not knowing getting there might affect their mental health to another level.

Coco and Oreo are back with another episode talking about normalizing the talk around Fatophobia or body shaming in general. We all sometimes tend to forget its our body and we are the ones who should appreciate and respect it but rather we hate it for just one stretch mark or a curve. Lets normalize and humanize all body shapes and sizes and start loving our bodies.
