The recent news of cancellation of 12th exam by the board has created a stir in the education sector. In the beginning, the CBSE board was apprehensive about the cancellation of the board exams and thus tried to postpone the decision till the month of June 2021.
Although the Covid cases in the country are decreasing, the number of people getting infected is still very high. Conducting the exams in such uncertain situation would pose a huge risk to the lives of the students.
Considering the above fact, the Maharashtra board or HSC board followed the suit. Their decision regarding cancellation of 12th board exam was declared recently.
