I am me and you are you.... I am an Indian, and who are you?... You are the rich and i am the poor.... You have some great karma for sure.... Oh boy, it's the luck that i seriously lack.... While you have money stacked up in black..... Set it free... You are a man and I am a woman...... Your birth is celebrated while I become the bad omen...... You are safe and free to roam...... But before the night strikes, i have to reach home...... Set it free..... You try to divide and rule, and I am being made the fool... You are playing and i am being played..... You target the cast, creed, region and even the religion that i devote ..... You try everything to cash on my vote ...... Set it free..... You break the law and i abide...... You love taking law for a ride..... Sometimes, even crushing a few sleeping by the roadside....... I shout cruelty...... And you say innocent until proven guilty...... What a stupidity..... Set it free....... You are the classy and i am the chaprasi.... You are the star with all the glitter.... Flashing the headlights, and roads to litter...... I clean up your trash and bear your rage and you tell me, “keep the change”..... Set it free... You are straight and i am not..... Equality is an idea you never bought..... But i know how to make things even..... Remember section 377?..... I have set it free..... And it’s time to set free once more....... Things that you deeply adore....... Autocracy, mediocracy, idiocracy and hypocrisy.... Just some of your fantasies....... And i too have one ..... To own a place like no one...... A place where I can be me and you can be you...... Where you don’t judge me and I don't judge you...... A place to stay keeping the prejudices at bay...... A place like the morning sun ray..... A place like having a beautiful idea.....
