See all

Growing up I always saw my mother as my role model. Not because she was perfect, but because she used to appreciate imperfections. I always used to chase after her, like a shadow, not even realizing that she was the one standing in harsh sunshine. My mom is weird, she smiles at my success and applauds my failures. I aspire to be like perfectly imperfect like her. Thanks mom.

Thank you so much Maa for being you. Because you are you, I am able to be me. I am able to be better version of me. It was always you who made sure to see the best in me, even in my worse behavior.
And because you love and cherish and adore me, I am able to do same for others. The kindness I have, the compassion I possess is your legacy. So thank you so much Maa for being you.
