Read more An alumna of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication in Journalism, New Delhi, I am an English (Hons) graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University. I am a free-lance journalist, an author and a poet. I write about my life, anecdotes, fiction and poems. I firmly believe in the saying, that ‘if you want the rainbow, you have to put up with the rain’. My stories have been published on online platforms like www.StoryMirror.com , www.Bonobology.com and in paperback anthologies. My debut book of poems 'Whispers of Immortality' was published in 2022 to rave reviews. It is available world-wide on Amazon, in both paperback and kindle format. I am proud holder of a trophy awarded by Writefluence for the best poet for the year 2022. I have won 'Wordsmith Award' of Asian Literary Society for my short stories for the years 2021 and 2023. I am also a recipient of StoryMirror award for successfully completing 52 weeks poetry challenge, 2022. I have edited 7 anthologies for Inkfeathers Publishing Pvt Ltd and The Impish Lass Publishing Pvt Ltd. My short stories have won in contests held by Writefluence, Penmancy and many other platforms.
