Everytime i have a heavy heart and i dont have anyone to talk to about my sorrow, i have no shoulder beside me to cry on, and when i dont have someone to take me in their arms, I take a pen and a paper, and i start to express all my feelings and emotions in a poem. After I am done with it, i can finally smile again, and my heart is as light as a feather. That is how poetry helps me to heal my soul. ~Ajab H J
