There’s always a person better than you. Always. They will always be your biggest encouragement to move forward .You don’t need to beat them, you need to believe in improvement.

The world has opposed all the great leaders today at a certain point in time but they also opposed idiots. Self doubt is important. It is what defines a person. Thinking you can climb Mount Everest is good. But going there unprepared will lead to death. Think twice.
