There will be ups and downs in life; it makes no difference because our hearts beat up and down. If it is a straight line, we are dead.
Whatever your size, ignore it. Remember to always keep your heart's size in mind.
Never love someone before they comply. This will cause problems.
Speak clearly and let the people hear how good you are since your speech is how you communicate.
No matter how low you feel, never give up hope. Just keep climbing. Steps could be missed, but go on to the next one. You can stumble sometimes. Start at the beginning, too.
