Employed with the Commissionarate of College Education Rajasthan as an Associate Professor, he is currently posted in the Department of Sociology, Government Arts Girls College, Kota. He has been the Co-Editor of the Rajasthan Journal Sociology – a peer reviewed Journal. Presently, he is also working as the Secretary of Rajasthan Sociological Association. As an avid researcher, he has worked in the area of Sociology of Development, Diaspora Studies and Sociology of Literature.
