Healed

It is never easy to date someone who is haunted by the daunting past memories. To bring back their faith in love. To win their trust. To bring back their faith in life. To drag them out of the cage of depression. But when it's love, things became easier to deal with.

Rashi was going through such a hard phase of her life. Last month her boyfriend had broken up with him. They were in a relationship for the last three years so the sudden breakup was heartbreaking. She tried hard to move on but found it tough to fight with the depression.

Listened to the rhythm of her heartbeat calming slowly while her chin resting on his shoulder and the body wrapped around his arms. He ruffled her hairs gently and watched her as she finally slept in a sound sleep on his lap which she was carving for months.

He asked her to see the shining stars in the sky. Helped her realise that life can be beautiful in darkness too. Helped her vanish the scars of depression which had formed under her eyes as dark circles. Helped her fight with the demons of depression caged inside her. Helped her in bringing back her faith in life. Helped her healing her faith in love. Helped her healing her faith on forever. Dragged her out of the hell and help him ascend in the heaven of love.

He observed her keenly, figured out what made her feel alive. Pushed her to do these things. She denied but he kept trying. He helped her learn the most important rule of love i.e., self love. He knew it is going to be tough but it is going to be worth. There were times when he found difficult to deal with her but these were the times he won by killing the demons of depression inside her. He didn't let her consumed by guilt and suffer forever for the mistakes she wasn't aware of. He let her took her own time. Things changed and slowly he started discovering her better side. The side which was wiser, calmer and far more sensible.

He lived the journey of bringing back her smile to the moment her stomach ached with laughing out loud. And once he succeed he felt the luckiest person alive on the planet in a relationship with one of the purest soul.
