Aarav and Khushboo again have a fight today. Aarav complained that Khushboo was no more interested in him, she must like someone else. On the other hand, Khushboo complaints that Aarav always doubts her. He didn't treat her well.

This all was coming to Manvi, their cupid and Khushboo's best friend. Manvi solved their matter, every time, but this time, it was too much to handle. Aarav came with his complaints, Khushboo with hers. 

Manvi just wanted to strike her head in the wall. "Where do I go, to whom I go, with my complaints?? Can't you guys solve it out? You both are behaving like kids, immature kids. Forgive me."

They had resolved it one way or the other. Soon, Manvi herself observed that Khushboo was changing. She didn't talk to Aarav nicely, sometimes, even months passed, but she behaved as if it didn't affect her. She literally said she didn't want Aarav in her life anymore. Manvi felt bad for Aarav. He truly loves her. He had so much patience that he was still hopeful to have her in his life. She wondered, whom she should call unlucky, Aarav or Khushboo. Aarav because he didn't get his love or Khushboo, who can't hold such a loving person. She even noticed that Khushboo got irritated whenever she talks to her boyfriend, Raj.

Khushboo was having too much mood swings. She cried for long hours, sometimes she was happy, she could laugh continuously, she could get hurt by a simple prank, etc. Manvi still preferred her over Aarav, as she was just a friend to Aarav but a best friend to Khushboo. 

Khushboo had talked to Aarav, on being forced by Manvi. Manvi wants both of them to patch up. Aarav got agreed instantly but Khushboo took time.

Khushboo told him that she had missed her periods twice, for the last four months. 

 Aarav calmly listened to her. He asked her to visit a doctor. Manvi was in her hometown those days. They both went for her check-up. After two days, the doctor called Khushboo and asked her to come with some family members. She got scared but... She went to the clinic with her mother. The doctor informed that she was having Testosterone in her body.

Khushboo was shocked. Her mother asked what it meant?

The doctor told them, Khushboo was having male hormones in her body.

Her mother fainted there only.

When she came to consciousness, the doctor explained that her treatment will be chronic, which means a long term treatment. Maybe this condition could persist forever. They could give it a try by medications.

Seeing her condition, the doctor explained the rest of the things, like treatment, symptoms, etc. to Khushboo only.

Her mother became speechless and they came home. At home, Khushboo was silent and her mother blamed her only, for her bad luck, destiny sort of things...

Her mother got worried about her future, marriage, children and all. She disclosed it to her father. 

Manvi visited them and asked about the reports. Khushboo took her to her room. Khushboo cried for some time and when Manvi got worried, she told her about the reports. " See, these are my reports. A piece of paper declaring me dysfunctional."

"Calm down dear."

" It was not my fault that I m not interested in men anymore. What can I do ??It's all hormones. "

Soon, Raj called Manvi, even he was worried about Khushboo. Manvi knew that Khushboo didn't like him. She cut his call. He again called her. Khushboo got furious and she snatched her phone. She screamed at Raj for disturbing both of them. " She is not answering your calls, it means she must be busy somewhere. She does have important things to do. Unlike you, she has responsibilities. Can't you just understand in one go, Don't you even dare to disturb us again." 

Khushboo threw her phone on the bed. Manvi and Raj, both were shocked at her sudden breakout. Khushboo hugged her and cried.

 When she came back, Manvi apologised to him, on behalf of her.

Firstly, Raj pretends to be angry." Madam, you are busy these days, do your important work......"

Manvi was about to cry when Raj told her that he was just kidding. He was still afraid of Khushboo's weird behaviour.

Manvi told him the truth. He was literally awestruck at this revelation. Raj also knew that Khushboo didn't like him. Manvi told him that she had managed to convince her parents a bit about it.

"Hey listen, did Aarav knew about it?"

"Not yet. She told me that she would talk to him herself. And she stopped me from revealing it to Aarav or anyone."

"But, ask her to do as soon as possible. Aarav does have the right to know about her."

" Yes, you are right but, would he be able to tolerate it?"

"I can't say anything.

By the way, have you wondered one thing?"

" What?"

" What if her male hormones dominated the female ones?"

" What do you mean?"

" I mean...Don't mind me, but if she started falling for girls instead of boys.....And I even think she likes you."

"What rubbish?"

" It's not rubbish. You know, maybe this was the reason that she isn't interested in Aarav, and moreover, she hates me because we love each other. And she might think that I am coming in between of you two..."

" Actually, you are right."

" Think upon it. I don't want to get scolded again by her. I can change my mind over you."

He chuckled. But, Manvi actually got distressed by this.
