'Did you really kick him?' Sandhya laughed, seated on my desk. I narrated the entire sequence that happened yesterday with Vishal and she is not ready to accept it. She thinks that's just applesauce.

'If you don't believe then go and ask Vishal. He will explain everything in detail,' I said.

'Cool! Cool!' She said patting on my shoulders. 'You should have done this a long time ago. Anyways better late than never.'

'Sandhya, I really don't understand which mysterious force had pushed me at that moment. It happened all of a sudden.'

'Always be like this. Wear your favorite dresses and live the life as you always wanted and also please do think about marrying again.'

'Sandhya, I already told you not to bring that topic again. I am not going to marry and that's final. I am happy with my life. In the end, however, everyone realizes that loneliness is the ultimate destination.'

'I accept that at one point of time we will become alone. If loneliness is the ultimate destination of mankind, then why did God create relationships? God has a reason for creating relationships and a reason for why they still exist.'

'Please let us not talk anything more about it. If I really want to get married I will find a groom myself,' I wanted to put an end to this discussion.

'Ananya, your life, your wish. I am only your well-wisher. Nevertheless I am happy that you started facing your fears and I am sure Vishal will never dare to bother you again.' She looked behind my cubicle and saw Tulasi. 'Who is this new girl behind your cubicle?'

'She is Tulasi and she stays near to my home. Actually what happened was like on Saturday I visited the temple and there I met her along with her grandfather. She is a very good artist and our company is planning to hire a few more employees. So, I requested Jayanth to help her with the job and he acceded to my request.'

'You went to the temple?' She asked, shooting a disapproving glance at me and crossed arms on her chest. 'You are bombarding me with a lot of surprises today. First about Vishal and now with the temple. Whenever I asked you to come to temple you never used to come. And now you have gone all by yourself?'

'Sandhya I swear, I just went there on a whim. It suddenly struck my mind and I couldn't stop myself from going there. That impulse was instant and unanticipated.'

'Everything happens with God's intent. It is he who pulled you into his temple. Looks like he has already started his plan.'

'What kind of a plan?'

'See Ananya, don't you find it strange? For ten years you didn't visit the temple and all of a sudden how did you get the urge to go there? Even before that you said you will believe in miracles if you get to see Jayanth. Like a stroke of magic you have not only met Jayanth but also he is our boss now. Once you were afraid of Vishal and yesterday you conquered it. Don't just simply take these signs for granted.'

'What do you mean by taking signs for granted?'

'Even I don't know!' she said shrugging her shoulders. 'Sometimes you need to accept the facts for granted without questioning anything.'

'Chatterbox!' I slapped her wrist. 'You always keep jabbering something in the air. Just before this you told me "don't just simply take these signs for granted" and now you are saying that sometimes we need to accept the facts for granted.'

'Stupid!' Sandhya smiled. 'I didn't build these theories in the air. They were told by Chaganti Koteswara Rao.'

'Who is this Chaganti Koteswara Rao? I never heard of him anytime before?'

'He is a famous spiritual scholar who is well versed in Vedas, Upanishads, Mahabharata, Ramayana and what not. He is very popular across our Telugu states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. His speeches will be so inspiring that even a person who wanted to commit suicide will change his mind. Whenever you find free time, listen to his speeches. You will find answers for many problems.'

'I will listen when I am free,' I said to Sandhya.

'Ok! I am making a move now. Let's meet at lunch,' she said and retired back to her desk.

Sandhya got down from the desk and again turned towards me and said, 'Ananya, you are just one decision away from a totally different life. Think about it.'

Later, I started working upon analyzing the new requirements of our new client 'Ramsay Suitings', an Indian branded fabric and fashion retailer. This is a very important client for us who agreed to give us a five year contract in case we could come up with a wonderful idea. I organized a small meeting with my team and together we brainstormed for thirty minutes. Unfortunately no idea flashed in our minds.

What kind of an idea can we come up with? I was completely clueless.

I then watched the advertisements on the internet for other suiting brands. Nothing helped me. I remember one of my senior's words, when you don't get any ideas, better study the entire history.

I searched for all the related information about suitings and it's styles on the internet. I found that there was once a time when a man had one suit or if he worked in an office, he had perhaps two or three suits on rotation all much the same, more for practicality than panache. These days, however, a suit can figure for multiple occasions and moods. There are business suits, summer suits, party suits, dinner suits and casual suits.

I have seen Jayanth always dressed up in business suits. Truly he looks like a gentleman in the suit. I then got an idea but before that I need to know whether 'Ramsay suitings' will design more than one type of suit or not. I didn't want to ask Sheela as she always takes the credit of my work. Why should I let her take it?

Moreover this new client was brought by Jayanth and he is the only point of contact. As per the protocol I should inform Sheela and she to Rahul and Rahul needs to take it to Jayanth. But, I remember Jayanth saying there's complete hundred percent transparency and anyone can come into his cabin at any time. So, why shouldn't I take advantage of this? I made up my mind to go into his cabin and gather the requirements myself.

I picked up the notepad, pen and straightaway made my way into his cabin.

'Jayanth, I hope I am not disturbing you,' I said as I opened the door, standing at the doorway.

'Please come in Ananya,' he said with a smile. A smile from his face made me smile.

I walked in and sat straight in front of him. 'Jayanth I need to discuss regarding our new client, Ramsay Suitings.'

'Yes please!' he leaned forward. 'It is a very important client. If they like the idea all their future advertising campaigns will be given to our company. I hope you people are ready with the idea.'

'Actually, I have an idea in my mind but I need some information.'

'Please do tell me?'

'Can you let me know what kind of suits they will design?'

'I think there will be only one kind of a suit.'

'Jayanth, based on occasions we have different suits like business, casual, summer, party and so on.'

'Amazing! I didn't know that we have these many kinds of suits. Seems like you have done a lot of research on suits. Can you tell me the idea that you have in your mind?'

'The idea is pretty simple. We will be having four scenes. In the first scene, we will be showing a man dressed in a business suit with the clients in a meeting room. The second shot will be in a desert, third at dinner and fourth at a party. In the end, we will play the slogan, 'Being a gentleman, never goes out of style''.

'Slogan is good. I have a meeting with the CEO tomorrow. If possible can you complete the storyboard design by today so that we can show him tomorrow?'

'Sure I will try to complete it. Tulasi and I will work together.'

'Then can you come straight to Ramsay Suitings office tomorrow? I will share the address.'

'Do I need to bring anyone along with me?'

'I think too much crowd won't look good. I hope you can make it alone.'

'No problems!' His sweet words put me on the moon. 'I will go and start the work. I will meet you directly tomorrow.'

'Ananya, better I will pick you up at your apartment tomorrow around 11:30. If you wish to complete the work in the office you can, else Tulasi and you can go home now. I think there won't be much traffic on the roads this time.'

'That's a good idea Jayanth. Thanks for giving us the option. Tulasi and I will leave now. Anyways nobody stays with me at my home. Tulasi and I will work together in completing the storyboard.'

'That's okay! Be ready by 11:30 tomorrow. We have an appointment at 12:30. Mr.Ram, the CEO of Ramsay has given us only thirty minutes. I wish you good luck!'

'Thank you Jayanth!'

I can't say how happy I am today. I should use this opportunity to make a long-lasting impression on Jayanth.

After having my lunch I took Tulasi along to my home and immersed ourselves in making the sketches. Together we succeeded in completing it by eleven in the night. Had it not been for Tulasi I should be awake the entire night.

Now everything has been set and I can't wait till morning to meet Jayanth. I am just feeling excited to go along with him tomorrow. I hope this meeting get's converted into a date.

Wait! What am I thinking? He is eleven years younger to me? How can I dare to have a date with him?

I should exercise control over my feelings. He is my boss, just my boss and nothing more. This is just a mere attraction. But I am afraid whether this attraction turns into an obsession.

Well, I know about myself. I am like a diamond, and no one can break me. I will soon come out of this mess.

To be continued...
