Chapter 13- Vedant

With the dawn of the new decade his life had changed the other way. Searching for job all day and returning home tired after hour long interviews was a daily phenomenon. He jumped onto his bed in desperation.

Jeanne waited outside knocking the door calling out for him. She fumed in anger," What are you doing inside? Vedant my legs are aching..Please do open the door ".

Jeanne was his classmate who had managed to end up in an IT company job and had moved to Bangalore post her intern training for the job. Jeanne gave him the suggestion to come and stay with her at Omezswag and look for a job in the IT sector. Vedant agreed at once as he needed a job immediately and he knew Jeanne could help him.

Vedant spoke to his mom that very day," Ma I don't think it would be wise to stay within my comfort zone. The current job opportunities have declined especially in my Mechanical engineering stream. So I have plans to move to Omezswag".

His mom was a bit hesitant but with the aid of his elder brothers he convinced her. 

Omezswag was diverse than he expected it to be. Jeanne was away from home with her friends to Mislam and she had asked him to collect the keys from one of her friends who resided nearby. Asking around, he managed to reach her house after collecting the keys. 

A ride which took no longer than 30 minutes cost him nearly two and half hours due to the traffic. Hearing the wild knocks, he staggered to the door and let her in without looking at her angry eyes
