Laxmi Aayi Hai...!!!

Santoo was in her third trimester.... with a heavy bump ..dagging her body on her feet on the dusty roads .... under the scorching heat....by her side was her husband Shambhu ... walking miles and miles....both didn't leave hopes of reaching their home town amid the dreaded pandemic... constantly encouraging and pushing her was her husband Shambhu... we shall reach... just a few walks and footsteps left..... hold up.... he said to his wife.... she was strong and convinced with the aspirations of bringing a new life in this world..... with little food, water and money but huge hopes . ... for survival....

Trying to reach out to their family and familiars they both were fighting the roads of journey struggling to reach the destination....

She suddenly sat down pale and panting....tired and exhausted.... she hurriedly guzzled down some water dripping sideways from the side of her mouth on her saree, while she drank from a crooked, warm plastic bottle... with droopy eyes she communicated..... about a stabbing pain... Her husband....teary eyed and a heaviness in throat begged for help...

Saviours appeared in disguise of lady inspectors and constables.... there was no time to get medical help another drop in the moment could cost both lives in grave danger.... with numbness.... the feminine fighters encompassed her shrouded her ....shreiking screams and wails could be heard....easy easy said the women warriors pacifying her...and continued doing the process of child delivery...cold and freezed was her husband..... standing at s distance.... tears and sweat groped his face....

Soon there were cries.....of a little survivor... smiles, giggles..and joy....its a girl...laxmi aayi hai!!!!... both ma and child are fine.... soon the fighters.... without wasting a single moment both were driven to a local hospital roughly 30 kilometres away...to facilitate medical attention which confirmed good health and wellbeing of ma and child....

Gurgling sounds of the baby.....was heart warming and emotional....the lady fighters were in tears.... soon some food and essentials was provided by them to this impoverished the couple...

Shambhu and shantoo couldn't thank them enough....

They lady warriors brushed away the appreciation shyly....and suggested a name for the baby.... Laxmi....aayi hai...badhaai ho!!!!
