Ron And The Magical Dragons

Chapter I : The mist of the black

Together, Ron (Ronald) and his brother Hugo were walking home from their school in one misty June day. Ron was an adopted child, as his parents wanted to have 2 children and they only had Hugo.

Ron looked a lot different from his family. He looked charming and handsome, not to mention that the girls were attracted to him a lot. According to his nurse at the orphanage, when he was little, he had a lost but alive little sister and both were rumoured to be from a royal blood. His parents died in a car crash that could not be survived by any.

His foster family (Jacksons), on the other hand were rich and had quite handsome men in their family but Ron was a league above. The Jacksons too cared a lot for Ron just like Hugo but there was something which bothered Ron always, like he had something missing, probably his sister!

Hugo, as usual took the lead while walking home. The day was misty and it was hard to see anything but due to their special glasses, they could see through the thick fog. “Hey, big bro, what do you think that shimmering glitter thing is?” Hugo asked Ron, bringing him to his senses. “I guess someone is throwing glitters out of their window over their crush, LOL” Ron said mockingly as he knew that whenever Hugo’s crush walks on their sidewalk, Hugo threw glitter and flowers from his window. Hugo blushed and turned his head sideways to hide his red face. And both continued walking towards the shinny thing. Ron was almost few feets away that he saw Hugo, who was so confident, and decided to show his brother that he did not fear anything raced passed him. Suddenly, everything went blackout and the last words he heard were “Ron, Ron! Wake up!

"RONALD JACKSON!” he heard a harsh voice say “Go away from here or I shall kill you and your sister like your parents.” Panting, Ron opened his eyes and saw his family doctor talking to his father. “I think somebody had made him unconscious by pressing the pressure point, but the mark of the finger was deep, which means it was not his brother but somebody very strong, much stronger than his brother".“I understand, I will ask Ron as soon as he gets up, I have already asked Hugo and he says he saw no one around them.” His father replied. Oh! Hugo, my boy, tell Selena, I mean your mother that Ron is fine and a bit of soup will help him regain his energy.” Doctor said.

Ron heard footsteps approaching and as he wanted to listen to more, but decided to shut his eyes tightly. “Oh Ron, my son, please come back to your senses.” His mother said. Soon the night approached and Ron’s family left the room to have dinner, he opened his eyes. Looking around his and Hugo’s bedroom, he again spotted the glitter thing and screamed loudly.

Arthur and Selena came running. Hugo too came, panting behind them. He looked up and saw the glittery thing. Hugo almost screamed “Oh! The glitter thing followed us here!” Arthur looked at Hugo and asked sternly, “WHAT! Why didn’t you mention anything about it when I asked you the questions?”. “Well…” Hugo stammered. But before he could finish his sentence, Ron cried loudly “This is it, the glitter thing chocked me and it said that if I don’t leave then it will kill me and my long lost sister like it did to my parents…”
