Faith

Once lived a saint. He used to preach a lot about God. He also had many disciples. He had an honest servant to work for him. He used to discharge his duties completely without fail.

One day he arrived a little late, due to heavy flooding. He lived on the other bank of the river. Hence the sages were angry.

The sage asked the reason for being late. The servant reported that he was waiting on the other side of the river, but the heavy rain did not subside.

He further said, he reached through the river, chanting the Guru's name. But the Guru did not trust him.

He orders the servant to follow and starts walking in the river. But they drowned. Because they had no faith in God. But the servant had great faith in the saint.
