Harish was a teenager of about 10 when he started liking action films. This was because he wanted action. The action of expressing love. However, his family tried to veer his attention to sports. At home, his grandfather, who was a famous film distributor, would train him in handling his banking and outside he was taken to trial movie shows held by the friends from the film fraternity.

During this period, Harish wanted an idol to follow. This was because he was going through a tough time during his student days. He was dealing with the trials and tribulations of adolescence. However, he did not understand what was happening to him. Nor did his family members find it fit to explain to him.

He was earning his fees by working for his grandfather and obeying his weak parents. He had teaching parents. In fact, all his family members taught him something. Nobody let him use his own brain. He wanted to express love at an early age. He fulfilled his craving by watching beautiful newsreaders on television resplendent in their transparent saris. He could not take any decision because he did not understand what was happening to him. He was paying the price of being very frank with his family members.

All his family members were teaching him what they knew, including his aunt, to whom he was very close. This because he wanted to have girl friends at a very young age. His aunt fulfilled that need of his. He walked with her everywhere she went. His aunt would show him around to her friends saying that this is my nephew. She had given him his name. He was named Harish after the name Hari of Lord Vishnu, a reincarnation of Lord Krishna (this was his opinion, which was formed when he reached the age of 40).

Harish chose a famous film hero as his idol because he was playing the role of the angry young man in Indian cinema. Little did he know that he would admire the same person when he grew older? He was angry and aggressive in his young days, as are all teenagers, because he was made to play cricket when he wanted to express love and have girlfriends. He wanted to be the man that he was. However, his parents had other ideas. Many heroes came after the angry young man, some of whom he liked because he related to their movies, while some others who according to him were complete actors. He related to their movies because he had undergone the same thing in his childhood. He chose an idol from the film industry because from childhood he was talking, walking, eating and sleeping cinema.

In order to fulfill his craving, he developed a fetish for masturbating in front of the television by watching beautiful newsreaders in transparent saris. In school he did the same thing. He found some teachers to be beautiful so he looked at their faces and figures and attended to his studies. Unknown to him, he had a problem that he wanted to express love after eating food. None of his family members knew it. It was not until he went for a job abroad that he started recognizing himself. A famous consultancy in engineering had given him a job offer and although the salary was not as per industry standards, he decided to take up the offer because he loved travelling. He went to an unknown country to live with unknown people.

During this while, his fetish for the angry young man had died down as he had begun admiring other heroes who were his age. There was a catastrophe in his life when he lost his grandfather to death and he had to search for another role model. He started blaming himself for his grandfather's death because he had expired immediately after he failed in his first year engineering examination. He had been Harish's friend, philosopher and guide. He had trained him for life. He taught him how to fish and did not give him ready-made fishes. He admired him because he was sacrificing for his needs. However, he could not fulfill all his needs because he was illiterate himself.

Harish started liking his idol once again when a famous television quiz show went on air. This show not only reinstated the star to his original position as a premier star but also brought him out to be a resilient person. It gave Harish a new hero whom he could follow after the death of his grandfather.

The quiz show played for many season's and Harish watched all the seasons with the same interest and excitement. A new curiosity overcame him at this time. He wanted to know how the quiz-master of the show conducted himself in his personal life and how he could work hard even at the age of 73. He wanted to know this because he also wanted to work till that age. Moreover, although he was 40, his body's age was 60. Therefore, he wanted to emulate him.

Harish's love for this star remains and now he has become his idol in many ways. It is just a coincidence that both Harish and the star are left-handers. However, the fact that Harish's body was older than his natural age was not a coincidence. This was because his family wanted it that way. However, the former angry young man who has now become the grand old man of Indian cinema remains his idol. He chose a filmy idol because he had lived cinema in his childhood. He wanted to emulate the star because although his natural age was 45, his body had aged beyond 60. He had already started thinking like a senior citizen.
