Think, Act And React

It was raining hard that night. In my hurry to get into the house, I didn't notice the black car parked across the road. I realised something was wrong when suddenly I heard some sound!

I found the car on the same spot warning bells started ringing in my head. It was still pouring cats and dogs. So, I took my umbrella and walked towards the car. The window mirrors were hazy with vapours lined on them from inside. However, I could hear the voice of men whispering. I tried to peep through the window to see if I could find out as to what was wrong. As I peeped, I saw three men wearing black masks around their faces and also wearing black coloured T-shirts. I was so scared that, out of anxiety I started shouting - thief thief!!!!!!

All the people near by gathered around the car and I immediately asked a man to call the police. Just when the thieves were about to escape, the police arrived and arrested the thieves. The thieves starred st me with anger.

The people around appreciated me and the police thanked me for my presence of mind and bravery. I was later awarded by the police. My parents were proud of me.
