Eyes on that star which she believes shines brightest, holding teddy bear which her father gifted her when she was 2 was in her hand. 1095 days and she still assumed that her father would wish her this time. She used to talk to that glaring star night after night because no one else listened to what she had to say. But her hero, her dad shining on the sky always listened. 6 years before, her father's death occured on the exact same date she was born. And 10 mins after the delivery her granny died and since that day her mother considered her as the symbol of bad luck. Sara, her arrival to the world wasn't celebrated but yeah her granny's final exit left everyone sad.
Treated badly by her mother and elder brothers the only person who loved her was her dad. And when her father had a heart attack on Sara's sixth birthday it all ended and her mother's hatred for her increased.
And after that day no one remembered her birthday. Since then after darkness, talking to the twinkling star was the only happiness she had.
Tick tock! tick tock!
The star shined brighter, Sara believed that her dad wished her and like every night, cuddling her teddy she slept.
At the age of 14 the earliest age for her mom to get rid of Sara who brought her bad luck she was engaged to 35 year old man who was almost the age of her father. After her father's death they faced financial crisis and this wasn't a bad deal.
And shabbir believed Sara was her property now. Her Mom requested Shabbir not to bring Sara here ever again under any circumstances. Taking a glance of Sara's green eyes puffing smoke of cigerratte Shabbir winked, "never!"
That night she talked to the star for the last time, "Dad the wait is over I'm coming."
At 11 am mom came up to wake Sara up to get ready for her wedding.
Mom opened the door and saw saw Sara hanging and a note lying down: "Mom,
I won't return back under any circumstances. You hated me but I still love you.."

That night another star shone...
